These days, most of the films with the universal appeal are getting released in multiple languages. After the successful performances of Baahubali and KGF across the nation, the filmmakers are keen on releasing their movies in multiple languages. Now, popular Bollywood director Kabir Khan is joining this list.
Kabir is best known for his works like New York, Ek Tha Tiger, and Bhajrangi Bhaaijaan. He is now coming up with the film '83, which is heavily based on the famous 1983 world cup win of India. Ranveer Singh is playing the lead role in this film. He played the role of Kapil Dev in the movie. Deepika Padukone made a cameo appearance as his wife, in the movie.
Considering that World Cup-winning moment is very close to the hearts of all the Indians, Kabir Khan and Co. have decided to dub it in Telugu and Tamil as well. The Telugu version of the film will get released by Akkineni Nagarjuna under his banner Annapurna Studios. The actor will be presenting the film in Telugu. Nagarjuna's inclusion will make the film much bigger in Tollywood and a wide range of promotions are also guaranteed. '83 will be releasing worldwide on the 10th of April this year.
