Nagarjuna maintaining a big silence on the progress of Bangarraju is putting the fans in a confusion and the reports suggest that the actor lost interest in the project.
The disastrous failure of Manmadhudu 2 made Nagarjuna retrospect his career choices. People are not accepting him anymore in the romantic roles and they just couldn't digest it in Manmadhudu 2. Thus, Nag is trying to come up with a solid film now inorder to make a striking comeback. Nagarjuna wants to team up with youngsters for a while and does not want to consider any stories that might have routine flavor.
The actor initially planned to do the film Bangarraju with director Kalyana Krishna. But it didn't go on floors yet due to various reasons. There is no official information about its launch as well. During the announcement of ANR National award, Nagarjuna did not make any statement on Bangarraju but chose to answer all the other questions.
Meanwhile, we hear that Nag is planning to sign a film with a newcomer in the meantime. Although the news is doing rounds for a long time, the director wants to finalize it. Solomon, who worked as the writer for films like Bharat Ane Nenu and Maharshi, has apparently narrated a story to Nag which he wants to take it to the floors by the end of the year.
