Both Tollywood fraternity and Nandamuri fans are eagerly waiting for the release of Ram Gopal Varma’s Lakhsmi's NTR. There is also the anticipation around of how the family members of this legendary actor turned politician would react to the movie. However, it is evident that there is some serious discussion going on inside Nandamuri family about the trailer and the release of the movie.
Grapevine has it that the Nandamuri's has appealed to the Censor Board to reweigh issuing a certificate to the film. They also have pleaded the board through a written format that they want to watch the film before release through Purandhareswari.
The Nandamuri’s felt that Varma's portrayal of NTR's family members is in a very negative way which might bring down the family’s image. But Varma has another side of the story. He rejected in showcasing his film to the family members. He has also asked them to go ahead legally only after watching the film in theatres.
There is also rumours going rounds that Varma is planning to play Lakshmi's NTR theatrical trailer in the interval of NTR Mahanayakudu, which is all set to hit the screens on February 22nd.
