Malayalam Mega Star Mammotty is coming up with a political thriller One. It is one of the anticipated films in the industry. For the first time in his career, Mammootty played the role of a Chief Minister in this film. The first look poster of this film got released in November last year. Recently, the makers have released yet another brand new poster of the film which went viral all over social media. The poster featured other main cast members of the film, apart from Mammootty.
The new poster featured seasoned actors like Madhu, Balachandra Menon, Siddique, Salim Kumar, director Ranjith, and Mathew Thomas. All of them have played important characters in the film. The film also features Joju George, Murali Gopy, Sreenivasan, Balachandra Menon, Ranjith, Mamukoya, Salim Kumar, Suresh Krishna, Shankar Ramakrishnan, Sudev Nair, Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Nimisha Sajayan, Gayathri Arun and Ishaani Krishna.
One is the first Malayalam film to get filmed in the legislative assembly of Kerala. The makers have shot a few key sequences featuring Mammootty in the old complex of the legislative assembly. The film revolves around the story of an idealistic Chief Minister stuck in the world of conspiracies. One is being directed by Santosh Vishwanath. The makers are planning to release this film in April. Apart from this, Mammootty is also working on the film The Priest. It will hit the screens towards the end of this summer.
