She thanked her mother for taking care of the 'naughty and hyperactive young Niddhi.' Niddhi shared the video on the occasion of Mother's Day. She also shared a photo of her and her mother from years ago when she was a child. The photo is shared along with one from the present. Niddhi commented on her facial expression saying she still makes the same face she used to as a child
On the work front, Niddhi Agerwal was last seen in the 2019 film iSmart Shankar. She starred alongside actors Ram Pothineni, Nabha Natesh, Satyadev Kancharana, and Puneet Issar in the science fiction flick. She will next appear in the film Bhoomi. Bhoomi will mark Niddhhi's debut in the Tamil film industry. The action drama also stars actor Jayam Ravi. Lakshman is directing the film and Sujatha Vijayakumar is producing it. D Imman is composing the film's music and John Abraham is editing the film. The film was to hit the theatres on May 8th, 2020. However, owing to the coronavirus outbreak the release date stands postponed.
