Nivin Pauly's Moothon movie gets critical acclaims

Nivin Pauly is one of the finest actors working in Malayalam cinema right now. He teamed up with director Geetu Mohandas for his new film, Moothon. Geethu earlier made the film Liars Dice, which was India's entry to the Oscars in the past. Noted director Anurag Kashyap has bankrolled the film.
Ever since it got announced that Nivin is teaming up with Geethu, the expectations raised in this film. The film premiered first in Toronto International Film Festival and also was the opening film at Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival last month. Finally, it released yesterday in the theatres.
Moothon depicts the story of a young boy from Lakshadweep, who comes the Kamathipura of Bombay, in the search of his elder brother. Acclaimed actors like Shobita Dhulipala, Shashank Arora and Roshan Mathew played the other important roles in the film. This is a character that Nivin never attempted in his career and we have to see how audiences receive it.
The film unit is very happy with the response coming to the film now. The experimental subject is getting critical acclaims that the makers already expected.
