NTR Mahanayakudu Live updates premier show Review

NTR Kathanayakudu starring Balayya is the first part of the two-part series. Though the film got positive reviews, many pointed out that Director Krish portrayed NTR as a man who never makes a mistake.

Recently, the trailer of NTR Mahanayakudu released and it was racy. Unlike the first part director, it is said that Krish has focused on NTR’s flaws and positives while showcasing his political career.

The film’s runtime of 2 hours and 8 minutes will serve as a huge advantage to the film. Since there is not much expectation surrounding the second part, there are high chances that people might get surprised the way the film has been taken.

NTR Mahanayakudu is all set to hit the theatres on February 22. Can NTR Mahanayakudu put the distributors out of misery let’s find out...

NTR Mahanayakudu FDFS Live updates

*By now we all know how the first part ended. NTR's foray into politics and titles roll.

*Mahanakayakudu has titles rolling with NTR's childhood up until he became a politician.

*Let’s see how Krish rolls this political biographical drama in NTR Mahanayakudu.

*Balakrishna takes form as NTR getting into his khaki clothes and start campaigning. Rana enters with force as CBN. Now begins a compelling journey.

*Manjima Mohan playing Bhubaneswari, CBN's wife. Movie proceeds towards NTR's first victory sweeping the elections, taking oath as the CM. Balayya looks identical to NTR in a shaved head, rudraksha mala, and white clothes.

*'Party ki paleru la pani chestha' a trustworthy promise by CBN. Krish is Showing shadier and prosperous side of Andhra politics - movie is running at a fast pace but doesn’t bore at all. Gripping until now.

*1 hour into the movie, it pretty much covers NTR’s last decade of his life from now on. Krishs Direction is straight forward and non-flashy so far.

*MM Keeravani backing up with some decent songs, giving his own voice to the title song. Bgm is engaging too.

*Vidya Balan is effortless as usual. Her lip sync, acting, expressions, and just her presence is so warm. Perfect choice to play Mrs.NTR. Tfi should give her more Telugu movies.

*End of the first half of part 2. Well crafted, Great acting by everyone. The Bgm 10 mins before the interval is scored solidly by MM Keeravani. Engrossing with no low points and relatable to its time.

*All the backstabbing and double-dealing continues. NTR's lowest points, CBN's support, his fight for the people & fight for power is linking the plot together.

*‘Namminchi’ songs add the much-required impact on screen.

*Balakrishna Hindi dialogues got a Telugu voiceover in this one, unlike the first part. Thanks for sparing the audience Krish.

*NTR Mahanayakudu looks more like NTR v/s Nadella Bhaskar Rao, Director is focusing completely on how Nadella plotted against NTR, sometimes throwing CBN in between still showing very positively. The plot is somewhat theatrical.

*In the second half, a scene where MLAs round up NTR is probably the best scene to speak. Bala Krishna can act too, just that he gets lazy often. Doing full justice to fathers role, putting his 200%.

*NTR Mahanayakudu is satisfying and dissatisfying in equal parts. Satisfying because of Krish, Keeravani, acting n racy pace. Dissatisfying because of being an only pro-NTR movie. A biography is not complete unless you show some flaws too.

*In all agreement and respect to NTR’s life and his son’s attempt towards bringing his father’s story to screen, the movie looks a bit influential, trying to showcase all the goodness and greatness of NTR.

*Crisp run time sans songs. By the end of the film, the audience feels disappointed by its one-sided approach. An absence of Lakshmi Parvathy, showing CBN's positive side only, having left out some important lows in his life makes it one-sided.

*Although direction and technical departments did their job it’s biased towards Ntr in many levels.

*While the movie has some good points, Krish and BK moralizing might not work in their favor for one more time. Moderately involving second half with Flat ending.

*Overall a below average output. Krish might need a part 3 to justify NTR's story, but hey who has that time anymore!
