Pic Talk: Ferocious actress turns shy

Popular Tamil actor Sharathkumar's daughter Varalaxmi Sarathkumar made her debut with the 2012 rom-com Podaa Podi. She didn't get much fame as a heroine until she decided to opt for versatile supporting roles. Now, Varalaxmi has a bunch of films in hand in which she plays the lead in a few films and supporting roles in the other. Varalaxmi also made her Telugu debut last year by playing an important role in Sundeep Kishan's Tenali Ramakrishna BA BL. Now, she is playing the female lead role in Allari Naresh's Naandhi.

Varalaxmi is currently in Hyderabad, shooting for Naandhi. In one of the midst of the shoot, she posed for this beautiful picture. Varalaxmi looks elegant draped in a saree. Naandhi is an intense crime drama that is being directed by Vijay Kanakamedala. After a long time, Naresh is coming up with a serious film rather than a comical one. Shatamanam Bhavati director Satish Vegesna is bankrolling Naandhi. This is his first production venture. Meanwhile, Varalaxmi Sharathkumar is also playing a key role in Ravi Teja's upcoming film Krack.
