Pooja Hegde recently scored a big hit with the film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. She has some issues with her Airtel connection which she tweeted on Social media.
On February 1st, Pooja Hegde expressed her displeasure about the service that Airtel offers her. Pooja Hegde got fed up with the poor network and she decided to tweet the issue.
She posted, "Absolutely FED UP of @airtelindia and their horrible service. Wrong billing, bad customer service, and their system are always having a problem. Save yourself and move to another carrier. Worst experience ever."
The officials from Airtel immediately responded to her to address her complaint and find a solution. "Hi, Pooja, Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. I hope the issue resolved now. Thanks — Anshuman." replied one of the team members.
Now, it looks like they finally prescribed a solution for Pooja. Pooja is also happy with the same and opened up on the same.
"Yes. The issue has finally sorted. Thank you for your prompt help and service Anshuman @airtelindia. Hoping that my complaints about the 198/121 number service will help in improving the overall service for all Airtel users since the connectivity etc is already fantastic." said Pooja Hegde in another tweet.
