The shoot of SS Rajamouli's RRR is progressing at a rapid pace. The makers are shooting a major schedule in Hyderabad currently. Along with the lead actors Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, Bollywood star Ajay Devgn is also taking part in this schedule.
Meanwhile, we hear that another starlet has joined this huge cast of the film. According to the grapevine, actress Shriya Saran will be playing a key role in this period drama. Apparently, she is playing as the pair to Ajay Devgn in it. It seems that the actress has already joined the sets and is taking part in the shoot with Ajay. The makers are keeping this news under wraps and will announce it officially at the right time.
It has been a long time since Shriya acted in a big film and this offer might be the one which can give her a grand comeback. Both Rajamouli and Shriya have earlier worked for the film Chatrapathi.
RRR is a fiction film based on the unsung freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharama Raju. While NTR is playing the role of Bheem, Ram Charan is essaying the role, Seetharama Raju. RRR will hit the screens in October this year.
