2019 has been a fruitful year to actor Varun Tej as he scored two successes. His first release F2 became a blockbuster at the box-office and on the other side, his next release Gaddalakonda Ganesh also became a superhit in the theatres. This year, the actor is going to test his luck with a sports-oriented film called Boxer. As mentioned in the title itself, Varun will be playing the role of a professional boxer in this movie.
The mega hero got trained in the nuances of kick-boxing in the USA, exclusively for this movie. He bulked up his body to achieve the look of a boxer. The film got launched a few months back but the regular shoot is yet to begin. We hear that it goes on floors very soon.
On the occasion of Varun Tej's birthday, the makers have unveiled the first look poster of Boxer. Sporting a beanie and with a long beard, Varun Tej completely nailed this rugged look like a boxer. Just by looking at the poster, we get a feeling that he will ace the role in this movie.
Boxer is being directed by debutant Kiran Korrapati. Allu Venkatesh and Sidhu Mudda are jointly producing it. S. Thaman is composing the music for this film.
