Prabhas Hikes His Fee For His Next!

Young Rebel Star Prabhas became the highest paid actor in the country a couple of years ago, when get got paid Rs. 100 Crores as his remuneration for Adipurush and Salaar. Of course, after that, several other actor started taking that paycheque. Now, Prabhas has hiked his remuneration once again, for his film with director Siddharth Anand. The film is going to be produced by Mythri Movie Makers, and has been greenlit recently. Prabhas is reportedly getting paid Rs. 150 Crores for the movie, and the makers are said to be more than willing to pay him that amount. This is because of the market value of Prabhas, who manages to draw in crowds, no matter what.

On the other hand, director Siddharth Anand has also reportedly asked Rs. 150 Crores as his remuneration for the movie, and with the success of his recent film Pathaan, the makers were okay with it. Pathaan features Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles, while John Abraham is the antagonist. The movie was released on January 25th, and is currently ruling the box office. The movie is the director's third consecutive hit after Bang Bang and War. Prabhas and Siddharth's film will begin only after the two are done with their current commitments. Prabhas is busy with Salaar and Project K, and with director Maruthi's film as well. He also has director Sandeep's movie after that. Siddharth also has Hrithik Roshan's Fighter lined up. It is safe to expect that the film will only begin in late 2024, at the earliest.
