Talented actress Priyamani recently appeared in 'The Family Man' web series and is currently busy with a handful of projects in her hand at the moment.
We already know that Priyamani is onboard to play the female lead in the Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster movie Asuran with Venkatesh. As per the latest reports, the actress has signed a Bollywood movie, 'Maidaan' starring Ajay Devgan. Interestingly, Priyamani has replaced Keerthy Suresh's role in this film. 'Badhai Ho' fame Amit Ravindernathnath Sharma is helming this project. Talking about the film, "Boney Kapoor sir approached me for the film in December. Director Amit at Boney Kapoor's office gave me a brief about the story as well as my role. The way he narrated my character impressed me and I just couldn't say no," said Priyamani who added that she will participate in the shooting from January end.
'Maidaan' movie is going to showcase the story of the golden years of Indian football. Ajay Devgan is going to play the role of Football coach Syed Abdul Rahim in the film whereas Priyamani is going to appear as his wife.
