1945 is one of the movies that Rana Daggubati signed a long back. K Productions, a Tamil production house that released Baahubali in Tamil produced the film. For more than a year now, Rana stopped meeting the film unit but all of a sudden, the makers launched the first look poster yesterday, on the occasion of Diwali.

Rana Daggubati has asked a media person not to entertain the film's updates, saying that the movie's shoot is incomplete and the producer is only trying to make some money out of it by marketing it. Rana feels that the film is still an unfinished product. One of the film's producers came across Rana's tweet and disagreed with what the actor said.

The producer Rajarajan informed Rana that it is the director who decides if the film's shoot came to an end or unfinished. Replying to Rana, the producer said, "The Director is the one who decides whether the film is complete or not. Let the audience decide whether this film is complete or not. Almost 60 days of shoot and crores of money invested, nobody will release an unfinished movie. A director decides the script." to which Rana later gave a thumbs up!
