Pushpa’s teaser establishes an all-time record

As per an official statement from the makers of Pushpa, the teaser of the film which was released on the 7th of April has clocked over 50 million views in 19 days. This teaser now holds the all-time record for the fastest 50 million viewed teaser in Tollywood. Team Pushpa even unveiled a new poster of the film to publicize the same.

To put that into perspective, Jr NTR’s character introduction teaser from RRR which is regarded as the most viewed teaser in recent times took over 6 months to clock 50 million views. Pushpa’s teaser took 19 days to achieve this feat.  The teaser got a relatively good response from netizens right from the day of its release and it kept amassing record number of views and likes on YouTube. Devi Sri Prasad‘s background score, immersive visuals and Allu Arjun’s massy screen presence seem to have stuck a chord with the audience and the super success of the teaser proves the same. Pushpa is billed to be a rustic action thriller with red sandalwood smuggling backdrop. Sukumar is directing the film and it stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faisal in important roles. The unit is currently shooting in Hyderabad.
