Superstar Rajinikanth has decided to do films without any break until he enters into active politics. From the last couple of years, Rajini is shooting for at least two films every year. His latest film Darbar is having a good run at the box office. In the meantime, he is also shooting for his 168th film under the direction of Shiva. Meena, Kushboo and Keerthy Suresh are playing the other important roles in this movie.
According to the latest reports, the actor is planning to sign is 169th film under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj. With films like Khaithi and Maanagaram, Lokesh became a hotshot director in the Tamil film industry. He is now directing the film Master with Thalapathy Vijay as the lead.
We also heard that Thalaivar 169 will get bankrolled by none other than Kamal Haasan under his banner Raaj Kamal Films. This marks the reunion of Kamal and Rajini after three decades. Moreover, this association will bring new glory to Tamil cinema as two legendary actors are teaming up in different positions for the same film.
