Rajinikanth's Darbar movie trailer release date is here

Superstar Rajinikanth is thrilled about the release of his upcoming film, Darbar. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film has been tipped as a commercial potboiler with several mass moments. According to the rumors, the film features Rajinikanth in two roles - that of a cop and a social activist.

On December 11, cinematographer Santosh Sivan took to Twitter to reveal that he has already seen the trailer of Darbar and that the superstar looks ageless in it. Soon, the tweet went viral and fans came to the conclusion that Darbar's trailer will release in December on Rajinikanth's birthday. However, his fans were in for a disappointment when they came to know that the trailer will not release on December 12. Going by the latest reports, AR Murugadoss said that the film's trailer will launch on December 16 at 6:30 PM. AR Murugadoss took to Twitter and wrote, "Hello Friends, Get ready for an action-packed Trailer!!! Happy to announce that we will be launching the Trailer of DARBAR on 16th, 6:30 PM.
