Ram Pothineni is one of the stars heroes of the Telugu film industry who enjoys a massive fan base among the audiences. His birthday falls on May 15. Every year, his fans celebrate the occasion by cutting the cake and by organizing many other social services. But Ram has requested not to celebrate his birthday this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. He said that safety is a must and thus, called off all his birthday celebrations this year.
Ram has released an official press not earlier today. His note read, "To my dearest fans, I know how much you love me & I feel blessed to see you all celebrate my birthday every year. However, I'd like you all to know that I love you all too & I'd want you all to hold back the celebrations this year. The safety of You & Your loved ones is of utmost importance to me & I'd like to see you all come out of this stronger than before. I shall consider this my birthday gift from all of you. Thank you all for your love. #RAPO."
On the career front, Ram has scored the biggest hit in his career last year with the movie iSmart Shankar. Currently, he is awaiting the release of his upcoming film RED. Directed by Kishore Tirumala, this movie features Malavika Sharma, Amritha Aiyer, and Nivetha Pethuraj as the female leads. It was initially slated for the release of April 9 but it got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Mani Sharma is composing the music for this film.
