Ram Pothineni reminisces about his film Jagadam; the film completes 14 years today

Today marks the 14th anniversary of the Ram Pothineni starrer Jagadam. Directed by Sukumar, Jagadam was a box office failure. With time, the masses have come to appreciate the film. On the occasion of its anniversary, Ram took to his social media to pen an emotional note about the film and what it means to him.

 
"#Jagadam is like that one love failure that you will never forget in life..even after 14years..it’s still a bit painful yet beautiful..thank you @aryasukku for this beautiful experience can’t wait for more.. @ThisIsDSP you were the soul of Jagadam," wrote Ram Pothineni.
 
He further added, "@RathnaveluDop sir your work can never be forgotten. thank you my brother #AdityaBabu & remembering Jaidev uncle today.. I’m so happy to see you all celebrate it even after 14years.Thank you Love.. #RAPO."
 
Jagadam followed the life of a young man whose aim in life was to be a goonda. Apart from Ram, the film starred Sahani, Pradeep Rawat, and Prakash Raj in the leading roles. Aditya Babu had bankrolled the film.
 
On a special occasion, Jagadam will have a special screening in Hyderabad today at AMB Cinemas.
 
Meanwhile, Ram Pothineni was last seen in the film RED. He is gearing up to work with director N Linguswamy. Krithi Shetty is the female lead of the untitled film.
