Rashmi debuted in the film industry with the 2002 film Holi. Since then she has appeared in a number of Tamil and Telugu films. She is best known for hosting the Telugu television comedy show Extra Jabardasth. She was last seen in the 2019 film Sivaranjani. The film was a horror flick. The film was directed by Naaga Prabhakkar. Padmanabha Reddy and Nalla Ayyanna Nayudu produced the film under the U&I Entertainments banner. Apart from Rashmi, the film also featured actors Nandu, Dhanraj, Nandini Rai, and Akhil Karthik in the lead roles. She has been hosting TV Shows Dhee and Extra Jabardasth for a while now. She is yet to announce what her next venture will be.
