Rashmika Mandanna's popularity has been gradually increasing with every passing year. Her popularity peaked when Allu Arjun's Pushpa: The Rise was released in 2020. In the film, the actress grooved to Saame Saami song, composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The peppy song was recreated by a Nepalese girl, who set the dance floor on fire. The video went crazy viral on all social media platforms.
Speaking on the latest viral video of a Nepalese girl grooving on Saami Saami, Rashmika Mandanna said, while speaking to a leading publication, “I loved it, she was just too cute. I have been looking at the kids also dancing to the song, which is too cute. I am seeing videos of people from all age groups picking up the song and dancing to it."
Further adding onto it, Rashmika says, "When the song was released it was received so much love, that people from everywhere are singing and dancing to the song. It's amazing when some craft of yours does not belong to just one age group, instead, its loved by everyone which makes it all the more special.”
The actress will start shooting for Pushpa: The Rule in October first week. Pushpa 2 was supposed to release in the theatres in December 2022. However, the film was postponed due to unknown reasons.
