Reason behind Suriya's signing 'Aaakaasam Nee HadduRa'

'Soorarai Pottru' is an upcoming Tamil movie featuring Kollywood star Suriya under the direction of Sudha Kongara. The movie is going to get released in Telugu with the title 'Aaakaasam Nee Haddu Ra'.

 
We already know that the movie is the story is about the life experiences of Air Deccan founder Captain GR Gopinath. Gopinath who retired at the age of 28, co-founded Deccan Aviation. Later in 2003, Gopinath floated Air Deccan which was named as the low-cost airline. But after losing money in 2006, Air Deccan went public. In 2007, it got merged with Vijay Mallya’s Kingfisher Airlines. Though Gopinath’s business plans were not that successful, director Sudha Kongara found out some interesting facts about Gopinath during his struggling days which also Suriya and compelled him to sign the script.
 
Karunas, Jackie Shroff, Mohan Babu, Paresh Rawal are playing crucial roles in the film. Suriya's 2D Entertainment in association with Guneet Monga of Sikhya Entertainment is bankrolling this project.
 
Suriya pinned high hopes on this project and he wants to make a perfect changeover for his movie. Sudha Kongara tried her best to bring out her best in Suriya and the fans already expressed their liking towards it.
