It has been more than two years since we saw Anushka in a lead role on the silver screen. Her last film Bhaagmathi has released during Republic Day weekend in 2018. After that, she planned to come this year with her upcoming film Nishabdham but the things are not going in favor of the makers.
Initially, the makers have announced that Nishabdham will release on the 31st of January. But due to delay in the post-production works, it got pushed. Later, it got reported that the film will release on February 20th, on the eve of Shivaratri. But even that looks like an impossible task now.
According to the latest reports, the post-production works of the film are yet to get finished and apparently, now the makers are planning to release the film on April 2nd. Thus, Nishabdham, which was actually supposed to be a Jan release, has now turned out to be a summer release. We have to see if it gets released at least on this day or not.
Directed by Hemath Madhukar, Nishabdham features Madhavan, Anjali, Shalini Pandey and Subbaraju in the other important roles. Hollywood actor Micheal Madsen also essayed a key role in it.
