The filming of Batman has kicked off in London. Photos from the Matt Reeves directorial stormed the internet, giving the first look at Robert Pattinson's Bruce Wayne.
After several announcements about the cast, Matt Reeves has finally set up shooting in the streets of London to start the filming of the DCEU movie. As previously reported, The Batman shows Robert Pattinson step into the shoes of Ben Affleck and essay the role of the new Batman. The photos shared online to reveal the possible first look at Pattinson's Bruce Wayne.
In photos shared by a resident of London, a man with his face wrapped behind a black cloth and black helmet shows the camera was set on the bike the actor was riding. While the person who clicked the pictures couldn't confirm if it was Pattinson, it doesn't seem like it could be anyone else. There were other photos showing the cast and crew at what looks to be a crime scene.
London looks like it got transformed into Gotham as vans with Gotham Action News 4 painted on stood in the street. A video also showed a Gotham Police Department car driving in the street.
Director Reeves also took to Twitter to announce that Colin Farrell would be playing Penguin in The Batman. Colin will be starring along with Zoe Kravitz, Paul Dano, John Turturro, Jeffrey Wright, and Andy Serkis.
