RRR gets added to the BAFTA 2023 Longlist; Nominations To Be Revealed On January 19

RRR, a movie by SS Rajamouli, keeps receiving appreciation and nominations in the West. Following a 2022 smash hit, the movie is already a candidate for the 2023 Oscars and has received two Golden Globe nominations in addition to numerous victories at other award shows. Having said that, the film has been added to the BAFTA 2023 longlist.

 
For the next presentation, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) released longlists for 24 categories on Friday. RRR was included in the longlist of "Film Not in the English Language" movies. The nominees will be announced on January 19, 2023. On February 19, the Royal Festival Hall of the Southbank Centre will host the awards ceremony.
 
Actors Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, as well as director SS Rajamouli, are rumoured to be attending the 2023 Golden Globes. The ceremony is scheduled for January 11 in Los Angeles. For those who are unaware, the RRR song "Naatu Naatu" and the movie itself are each up for Best Original Song and Best Foreign Film awards.
 
The movie collected a lifetime Hindi box office receipt of Rs. 274.31 crores, according to the reports. RRR was one of the most well-liked Indian movies of the last year. The movie is an action drama with multiple stars including Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt in leading roles.
