SA Chandrasekar has not been on good terms with his son Vijay for the past few months. He is the one who introduced Vijay in films with his directorial venture, Naalaiya Theerpu. In the formative years, Vijay acted only in his father SA Chandrasekar's films. However, the father-son duo has been having troubles regarding a political issue. A few months ago, SA Chandrasekar went to the extent of starting a political party, which did not go down well with Vijay. The Mersal actor however disassociated himself from the fan club and also said that he has nothing to do with the political outfit.
At a recent press gathering, SA Chandrasekar confirmed that he has issues with his son Vijay and went on to say that there is no family with a problem. He said, "A father and a son in every family have a clash and they reconcile later. But, many YouTube channels have been creating YouTube videos on Vijay's personal life. They are getting a lot of views in the name of my son." Vijay recently filed a lawsuit against 11 people including his parents, SA Chandrasekar and Shoba. He said that no one should start a gathering in his name.
