Sai Dharam Tej shares his low phase experiences

Actor Sai Dharam Tej's career took a major low from 2016. After scoring a super hit with Supreme, the actor scored consecutive flops for the next three years. This flop brigade included films like Thikka, Winner, Jawaan, Tej: I Love You and Intelligent. Finally, he came back to the success form with this year's release Chitralahari.

Speaking about that rough period, Tej said that he got shaken up all of a sudden and had to retrospect his choice of films. He also added that this gave him an opportunity to look at the scripts in a different way, which he is following now.
Tej gained a lot of weight for Chitralahari and he had to sweat hard to lose all of those extra kilos later on. Ram Charan helped him in this process by getting him in touch with Salman Khan's trainer, Rakesh Udiyar. Tej also said that Charan is happy with the transformation but also suggested him to work out more.
Sai Dharam Tej has sported a ripped and toned physique in his upcoming film Prati Roju Pandaage. Reports say that he also went shirtless in a couple of scenes in the film. Directed by Maruthi, Prathi Roju Pandaage will hit the screens on the 20th of this month.
