Samantha Akkineni performs it for the first time

Star Actress Samantha Akkineni has arrived with her new film Jaanu, which has hit the screens the other day. Starring Sharwanand in the lead role, this film is an official remake of Tamil hit 96. Jaanu is getting rave reviews from all sections of the audience and going to become another hit in Samantha's career. Barring this, there is no other film in Samantha's hand but she is acting in a web series that will be streaming in this year itself.

Samantha has joined the cast of The Family Man season 2, directed by Raj and DK. The first season of this series was a big hit and received critical acclaim as well. Now, with the inclusion of Samantha in season two, more weightage has got added to this series. Speaking about this series in a recent interview, Samantha revealed that she is performing a few action sequences for the first time in her career, in this show. She is pretty much excited about it and wants her fans to see her action avatar as well. The Family Man features Manoj Bajpayee and Priyamani in the lead roles. Season two of this series will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video very soon.
