Sanjay Dutt diagnosed with lung cancer a couple of days back. Dutt got admitted to the Lilavati Hospital due to the shortness of breath. There he found out that he is suffering from cancer. As soon as he came to know about it, the actor is going to the USA to undergo treatment. Meanwhile, all his ongoing projects' fate is under question due to his unavailability. Sanju is currently acting in films like
K.G.F. Chapter 2, Shamshera, and Prithviraj. We have to see if the makers of these films opt for another actor or will wait for Sanju's return.
It is already known that Sanjay Dutt is acting as a villain in the upcoming anticipated action-thriller KGF 2. Directed by
Prashanth Neel, this film features
Yash as the lead hero. It seems that Dutt has to shoot a few portions to complete the shoot of this film. Now, the makers are wondering how to complete those scenes. On the other hand, Dutt has a few combination scenes with
Ranbir Kapoor in Shamshera. Even those scenes couldn't get filmed until the actor returns from the treatment. A member of the film's team says that they are not in a hurry to release the film anytime soon. Thus, they won't be replacing Sanju with any other actor.
The shoot of Prithviraj is yet to begin. We have to see what decision the makers of this film will take. Sanju will be next seen in the movies
