Sapthami Gowda Says Kannada Films Will Always Be Her Priority

Actor Sapthami Gowda, recently seen in the movie Kantara (2022), is now filming in Hyderabad for the upcoming movie The Vaccine War, directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri. Gowda is eager to break into the Hindi cinema industry with the movie starring Anupam Kher and Nana Patekar.

The 26-year-old, who is making her Bollywood debut, adds that she began filming on January 15 and that thus far, it has been a wonderful trip full of learning. She also discusses the significance of her character. “There are no lead characters in the film. Of course, the language barrier exists, but I’ve been working on it. My character is a little tough to play, but I feel every character is difficult. I believe you are not doing something right if you find a character easy to play. It is an exciting role and I am having a lot of fun shooting,” shares the actor.
