Tomorrow in Chennai, Kamal Haasan will be the chief guest at the audio launch of Mani Ratnam's "Ponniyin Selvan," where he will share the stage alongside Rajinikanth.
The filming of the Kamal Haasan-starring "Indian 2" was restarted with a formal pooja a few days ago in Chennai, and director Shankar proceeded the shoot without the lead actor. The most recent information shows that "Indian 2"'s creators took a hiatus. The team is waiting for Kamal Haasan to join them on September 15 before they start the intense filming. During the schedule, scenes starring Kajal Aggarwal and Bobby Simhaa have been shot. In order to prepare for his character's transformation in "Indian 2," Kamal Haasan recently returned from a vacation to the US. He now plans to surprise his fans.
Director Shankar has already turned his attention to his other movie, RC 15, which stars Ram Charan and Kiara Advani. The busy director will spend the next four days filming a song for the movie in Hyderabad before flying back to Chennai on September 15 to start work on "Indian 2" with Kamal Haasan.
The sequel to the 1996 Tamil film "Indian" will be called "Indian 2," but it will be ten times bigger than the superhit movie. Fans are eager to watch Kamal Haasan's senior avatar on big screens as his socially conscious character Senathypathy, who is going to rock once more.
