Among the Khan's of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan & Salman Khan are two stars which the audience would love to see them together on the screen. The audiences all over the world enjoy their bromance in a big way. Being best-buddies in real life too, they are often spotted in each other films in cameos. And such little presence too brings smiles for the audiences. Earlier today, news came stating that they both were supposed to do a project under the direction of the acclaimed filmmaker Raju Hirani
Speaking about this, Rajeev Masand wrote in his column in Open magazine. He wrote, 'Trusted sources have revealed that the Munna Bhai franchise director had a two-hero project in mind that he wanted to make with SRK and Salman Khan. But Shah Rukh was reportedly keen on doing a solo-starrer, so it was back to the drawing board for the filmmaker'. Khans were seen together in a full-length role in almost 7 films out of which 4 of them turned to be blockbusters.
Shah Rukh was last seen on the big screen as a vertically-challenged character in Aanand L Rai’s Zero. The film, which also featured Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, was a box office disaster. While Salman Khan was last seen in 'Dabangg 3', co-starring Sonakshi Sinha & directed by Prabhudeva, also failed miserably at the box-office. Salman Khan wrote the story along with Prabhudeva. While Sharukh might do a project Tamil Director Atlee, Salman shall be doing one under the direction of Satish Kaushik.
