Devi stars Kajol as the lead and Shruti plays an important character in it. The film focusses on the abuse, violence and gender discrimination on women in society. Speaking about it, Shruti said that when we are making a movie on social awareness, it should get filmed in a sensible way and that is the reason why she has signed this movie, believing in the subject.
