Director Siruthai Siva is now prepping for the shooting of his upcoming big-budget flick, which will have Rajinikanth playing the lead role. Sun Pictures, who produced Vijay's Sarkar, will bankroll this untitled film.
A couple of weeks ago, we had reported that comedy actor Soori will join hands with Rajinikanth for a pivotal role in the film. On November 28, the production house took to Twitter to confirm Soori's inclusion. Today (November 29), they shared a video message of Soori.
On signing a film with Rajinikanth, Soori said, "I have achieved my biggest dream yet. Even a selfie with Thalaivar (Rajinikanth) would've made me extremely happy. I got a great opportunity to act with him throughout the film."
He also spoke about acting under Siruthai Siva's direction. "Siva sir is one of the most formidable directors of mass films in Tamil cinema. When three mass (elements) like Rajini sir, Siva sir, and Sun Pictures combine for a film, the result will be theri mass," he shared.
