Directed by Rohit Shetty, Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starer ‘ Sooryavanshi’ is one of the most awaited films of 2020.
The audience will now get to see the film ahead of its initial release date since the makers have shifted its release to March 24. Akshay posted a video on his social media to share the good news with his fans.
The makers also unveiled the trailer release date. The trailer of ‘ Sooryavanshi’ will release on March 2, 2020.

In an exclusive conversation with ETimes, Katrina Kaif opened up about her experience of working with Akshay and Rohit. She said, “The combination of working with Rohit Shetty and Akshay Kumar was just amazing. We had a really really good time on the set and just a lot of fun. Every day on the set was just easy going and everyone was just working together as a team and there was so much warmth on the set. So, I’m really looking forward to it.”
The film will also run in Mumbai theatres 24/7.
DNA reports that Aaditya Thackeray, Maharashtra Tourism and Environment Minister, said. “I’m glad that Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty are launching Sooryavanshi on the evening of March 24. A hard-working city deserves more hours to chill and unwind. That’s exactly our aim. Theatres running 24 hours will hopefully be a big boost to the industry and people.”
‘Sooryavanshi’ also stars Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, and Sikandar Kher in lead roles.
