Like Sridevi's film career, her personal life is also much discussed. Sridevi had many romantic relationships in her life. The last one was with producer Boney Kapoor. Later both got married. Boney Kapoor, who was married many years ago and is the father of two children, started falling in love with Sridevi after watching her films. They successfully carried on their marriage till Sridevi's death. Both of them have often shared many interesting incidents of their married life. Sridevi revealed that she had not spoken to Boney Kapoor for three months. This was while talking to the media in 2017.
Sridevi said that she did not speak to Boney Kapoor for three months to prepare for her 2017 film 'Mum'. Boney Kapoor himself was the producer of the film. 'I didn't speak to Boney G as a husband for three months. I used to say good morning to him on set in the morning and good night after packing up at night. That's all we talked about. I am totally a director's actor. I will completely surrender to him (director Ravi Udyavar). I followed his vision and he did it brilliantly,' said Sridevi.
