Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has come up with his latest film Pathaan. The movie was released on January 25th, and is currently doing wonders at the box office. The movie is directed by Siddharth Anand, who previously directed War. The streaming rights of Pathaan have now been sold to Amazon Prime Video, and the movie is set to begin steaming from the end of February this year.
Pathaan is the latest nomination dition to the Yash Raj Films Spy universe, which began with Ek Tha Tiger and continued with Tiger Zinda Hai and War. Salman Khan even made a cameo appearance in Pathaan towards the end of the film. This marked the actor's on screen collaboration with SRK after a really long time.
Deepika Padukone is the leading lady of Pathaan, in which John Abraham is the primary antagonist. The film has been praised for its style and amazing action, along with the incredible cinematography. The film has been produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films Banner.
Pathaan marks the comeback of SRK to the big screen after a four year hiatus. The actor was last seen in Zero, which was released in 2018. The movie had good expectations on it prior to release, but turned out to be a massive disaster upon release. Post that, the actor took some time off for himself before signing Pathaan.
SRK will now soon start shooting for his next, Jawaan, directed by Tamil director Atlee. The film will feature Nayanthara as the leading lady, marking her Bollywood debut.
