Popular Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn remembered his father Veeru Devgan on his first death anniversary. The actor shared an emotional post on Instagram earlier today. He stated that he still feels that Veeru is beside him.
Ajay shared a collage of his pictures with his father. He captioned the video as, "Dear Dad, it’s a year since you left. However, I can feel you beside me—quiet, caring, protective; your presence is forever reassuring." Even star director Rohit Shetty paid tributes to Veeru. Rohit assisted Veeru during the early stages of his career. Today, he shared a couple of his pictures with Veeru. He then wrote, "Back in time Veeru ji taught us raw and real action, no cables and no computer graphics. We are privileged to have him as our guru! Never executed a single stunt without giving your example to my team and had never imagined I would be blessed enough to present you the lifetime achievement award. It’s been a year since you left us. You will always be missed." Even Ajay and Rohit have worked together for many films like the Golmaal and Singham series.
On the professional front, Ajay Devgn was last seen in the movie Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. By collecting more than Rs. 250 crores at the box office, this film stands as the highest grosser of 2020 to date. Ajay is now acting in films like Bhuj: The Pride of India, Maidaan and RRR.
