Star Pravah to re-telecast its two iconic shows Raja Shivchatrapati and Amabat Goad

The whole country is under lockdown now. People are not allowed to go out unless there is an absolute emergency. Thus, everyone is confining themselves to homes and are is not going out. To keep people entertained, Doordarshan is now re-telecasting a few iconic serials from the last few days. Now, other channels are also following the suit. Popular channel Star Pravah has also decided to re-telecast its popular show, Raja Shivchatrapati. It is also re-telecasting another popular comedy show Ambat Goad.

 
Raja Shivchatrapati is a historical drama which got started in 2008 and ended in 2009. Dr. Amol Kolhe played the titular role of Chatrapati Shivaji in this serial. The serial started telecasting from April 3rd. It will air at 9 am and 5.30 pm every day. The show traces the story of legendary Maratha King. Shivaji is often treated as the pride of Maratha people. Thus, the serial enjoyed a massive following among the viewers. Hemant Devdhar has helmed the show. Popular art-director Nitin Desai has bankrolled this show. Renowned composers Ajay-Atul has composed the title track of the show. Avinash Narkar played the role of Shivaji's father Shahajiaje Bhosle. Mrinal Kulkarni essayed the role of Shivaji's mother Jijimata. Yatin Keryekar played Aurangazeb in the serial.
 
On the flip side, another comedy show Ambat Goad is also re-telecasting from April 3. It will air daily at 5 pm. Ambat Goat premiered in 2012 and ran till 2014. People under quarantine can switch to Star Pravah to enjoy these two shows.
