Street Dancer is not a sequel to ABCD series - Remo D Souza

New stills of Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor released from the movie Street Dancer is creating waves in social media. Popular choreographer Remo D Souza will be directing this movie. Initially makers promoted the movie Street Dancer with tentative title 3. Everybody thought that this film is sequel to the film ABCD-2.
In the recent media interaction Remo D Souza confirmed that Street Dancer is not a sequel to ABCD series. Though this movie deals with dance genre and the same cast of ABCD-2 included in it , but this not a sequel. This film is about the struggles of street dancers. In this movie you can witness various forms of dances and leading pair will sizzle with extra ordinary dance moves. Varun and Shraddha are already prepping up for their role. The shooting of this film will be majorly shot in Punjab and London.
In actual Katrina Kaif was roped in for the lady lead role. But due to dates clash she opted out from this movie, and Shraddha replaced her role. Katrina is fully concentrating on the Salman starrer Bharat. Varun completes his shoot for Kalank, now he is totally dedicating time for Street Dancer. Shraddha already started her rehearsals at Mumbai dance studio and street Dancer is all set to hit the screens on Nov 8th.
There are several rumors that David Dhawan may remake his Coolie No.1 movie and Varun will be playing lead role. However there is no official announcement regarding the same.
