Students Make A Demand To Grant Leave To Watch Vikram’s Cobra

Cobra, Vikram's upcoming film, is slated to once again rule the box office. The anticipation for this next action thriller is growing as the project approaches its August 31st release date. A few college students have applied for an official leave on September 1st to watch the movie in theatres, demonstrating the popularity of the film.

The letter went like, “Respected Principal, We the students of SJC belong to the department of Commerce. We need an official college holiday on 01-09-2022 as the release of the ‘Cobra’ movie because there are no tickets available on 31-08-2022. So kindly request that you don’t make any calls or messages. However, we are not going to come to college. Thank You! Your obediently, Chiyaan’s fans."

Irfan Pathan, a former cricket player, will make his acting debut in Cobra with Srinidhi Shetty playing the major role. In the suspense drama, he will be seen as Vikram's adversary. In addition to them, the movie also stars Miya George, Roshan Mathew, Sarjano Khalid, Padmapriya, Mohammad Ali Baig, Kaniha, Mirnalini Ravi, Meenakshi, and K. S. Ravikumar in important parts.

The project, which is being directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, has been supported financially by S. S. Lalit Kumar under the 7 Screen Studio brand. A R Rahman, an Oscar-winning musician, has joined the group as the music composer.
