Suresh Gopi revealed that he will appear in the new film alongside Parvathy Thiruvoth and Anupama Parameswaran. Suresh Gopi said that both of them are thrilled about the film. Suresh Gopi's reaction was at the promotional press meet for the Paappan movie.
"I am also part of a film in which Parvathy Thiruvoth and Anupama Parameswaran are the central characters. I know they are both thrilled. There is a matter of topical relevance that is awaiting the judgment of the High Court today. The biggest strange thing is that this story was written before the actual event happened, "said Suresh Gopi."
No other details have been released so far.
Meanwhile, Paappan, which reunites Joshi and Suresh Gopi, is released on July 29. After Salaam Kashmir, this is the film where Joshi and Suresh Gopi team up. Many of the films released in this combination, like Lelam, Patram, and Vazhunnore, were super hits.
Pappan is also the first collaboration between sons Gokul Suresh and Suresh Gopi. Ajay David Kachapilly, son of producer David Kachapilly, is the cameraman of the film. The crime thriller film features Neeta Pillai, Naila Usha, Asha Sarath, Kaniha, Chandunath, Vijayaraghavan, Tiny Tom, and Shammi Thilakan in other roles.
The film is produced by Sri Gokulam Movies under the banner of Katchapilly Productions and Ifar Media. The script for the film was written by R.J. Shan.
