Hindi film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi is successfully running in theatres, but the film has been embroiled in a controversy over credits. Director Krish and Kangana Ranaut engaged in a war of words over credits.
Initially, Kangana’s sister Rangoli released screenshots her conversation with Krish. To counter it, Krish shares screenshots from a few technicians who were unhappy with Kangana.
Now, Tamannaah has offered her opinion on the credit controversy and she has taken a diplomatic stand in the issue. She said, “I can only say that no one can touch her (Kangana) as an actor and the effort she put in for the film is unbelievable.”
Speaking about Krish, she shared,” I know Krish. I haven't worked with him but we belong to the same industry (Tollywood). The film should be kept more important than other things like what Krish has said as creative people have their own opinion."
Tamannaah is starring in the Telugu remake of Kangana’s Queen and she is also one of the sought after actresses in Tollywood. It looks like she was put in a spot and couldn’t take a side.
