The three big Tamil films of 2020 will be Thalaivar Rajinikanth's 168th film under the direction of Siva, Thala Ajith's Valimai under the direction of H. Vinoth and Thalapthy Vijay's 64th film under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj. All the shoots have begun recently. Vijay is shooting his film currently in the Shivamogga city of Karnataka.
On the other side, the shoots of both Valimai and Thalaivar 168 are happening in Ramoji Film City of Hyderabad. Valimai went on floors about a week back in the same studio while the shoot of Thalaivar 168 started a couple of days back.
Ramoji Film City is the largest film studio in India and we can witness big film shootings every now and then over there. Valimai is being produced by Boney Kapoor. It is the second film in the combination of Ajith, H.Vinoth and Boney Kapoor. Yami Gautham is in consideration for the female lead in it.
On the other hand, Thalaivar 168 is being bankrolled by Sun Pictures. Keerthy Suresh and senior actress Meena are playing the key roles in this movie. While this is Keerthy's first project with Rajinikanth, Meena is acting with the Superstar after a gap of 24 years.
