Vijay is basking in the success of his recently released film Bigil, which is running in selected theatres on social media. Even before wrapping up Bigil, Vijay started shooting for his upcoming film, which is tentatively titled Thalapathy 64, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Maanagaram and Kaithi fame.
As the director is busy with the shooting of Thalapthy 64, Vijay took some time off his busy schedule to attend a reception at the famous Leela Palace in Chennai. He came in his luxury vehicle, Rolls Royce, to the reception.
Apart from the bride and groom, Vijay was the cynosure of all eyes at the reception. However, it is unclear as to whose reception it was. A few reports suggest that it was Thalapathy 64's producer Xavier Britto's daughter's reception. Other reports reveal that it was Vijay's family reception.
Vijay will join the team of Thalapathy 64 in Karnataka for the film's shooting. The current schedule will go on for about a month. The film, produced by Xavier Britto, has composer Anirudh Ravichander as part of the technical team.
