After proving his talent as a director, writer, and actor, Tharun Bhascker is now testing his luck as a television host. This Pelli Choopulu director is all set to host a talk show called Neeku Matrame Chepta. Tharun has revealed last night that the show starts begins airing from the 14th of March. It will get telecasted on every Saturday at 9 PM on ETV Plus.
According to the sources, Neeku Matrame Chepta is a celebrity talk show where Tharun tries to bring out unknown stories of various film personalities. Earlier, many film celebrities like Lakshmi Manchu, Jaya Prada, Ramya Krishna, and Rana Daggubati have become hosts for the talk shows. Now, Tharun has joined that list. The promo of the first episode will be out soon.
Tharun made his debut with the 2016 film Pelli Choopulu which was a big hit at the box office. Then he made buddy comedy film Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi in 2018. In 2019, he became an actor by playing a key role in Falaknuma Das. Without stopping with that, he went on to become a lead hero with Meeku Matrame Chepta.
Getting inspired by the same film's title, this new show is taking its birth. Tharun is very happy to turn a TV host now. He wanted to explore this new job also. Let us hope that he does a fine job as the TV host and we hear that Sujeeth will feature in the first episode.
Meanwhile, Tharun has recently directed a segment of Netflix's upcoming Telugu anthology film.
