The countdown for the airing of Keerthy Suresh's Penguin on Amazon Prime begins!

The buzz around Keerthy Suresh's Penguin has been building up over the last couple of days. Keerthy Suresh took to her social media to put up one last suspense building post about the film. She shared a few more clips from the film and wrote, "As the clock strikes 12, a mother will begin to delve. #PenguinOnPrime is less than 24 hours away!" The clips and Keerthy's caption have further fueled the fans' eagerness. The comments section is overflowing with comments about how the audience is awaiting the release of the horror flick.

Keerthy Suresh has been counting down the days to the release for quite some time now. The OTT platform Amazon Prime too has joined in on the fun! Amazon Prime Video's official Instagram page has kicked off a countdown for the release well. As the clock ticks, the intensity builds!

In a recent zoom call with journalists from across the board, Keerthy gave us some insights about Penguin. “My character is named Rhythm and at first I thought the film has to do with music. But as you can see, it's far from it. The film is an emotional thriller,” she said.

The teaser, trailer and stills from Penguin point to an intense dark film. When asked if it is so and whether people across ages can watch it, Keerthy says yes. “It is surely intense, but I wouldn't call it very dark. It is filled with more emotion and has a few thrilling points. Children can also watch it with parents around. There’s a dog called Cyrus in this film, I have a son [in the film] and children can definitely connect,” said Keerthy Suresh.

The Penguin team has certainly built up the suspense for its release. Let us also join in on counting down to the release of the thriller flick! Penguin will follow Pon Magal Vandhal and Gulabo Sitabo as a direct digital release owing to the COVID-19 outbreak.
