Tamil Super Hit film '96' starring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha finally got remade in Telugu with the title 'Jaanu'. Sharwanand and Samantha are playing the lead roles in the film.
Directed by Prem Kumar who helmed the original version, the makers have recently unveiled the theatrical trailer of the film which received a decent response. Today, the makers have unveiled the video song, 'The Life of Ram' which is now trending on the internet. Just like the Tamil version, the Telugu version also showcased Sharwanand as Ram who is a wildlife photographer exploring various places and taking up new adventures in life. It is evident that Sharwa breathes life into Ram's character in the film. Music by Govind Vasantha is good. Lyrics by Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry are the wonderful and soulful voice of Pradeep Kumar added more beauty to the song.
The movie unit is confident that the film will cast the same magic as '96' on the audience. Dil Raju is bankrolling this project. Amid high expectations, the movie is gearing up for a grand release on February 7th. Let us hope that the Telugu version of the movie also lives up to the expectations and creates magic like the Tamil version.
