Tiger Shroff has given many back to back hits to the Hindi film industry in the recent past. However, his success has always come with a clause. Tiger Shroff entered the industry due to his father who is the iconic veteran actor Jackie Shroff.
Recently in a new interview, Tiger Shroff has commented on the reality of nepotism in Bollywood. Tiger believes that being the son of a son comes with its own perils. He said, "Being my father's son, there's an added pressure of being a star's son. People think it's very easy for us. I won't lie, in a way to get a little attention it helps. It's easier for people who are from the film industry but it's double the effort to make it on our own. I managed to get out of my father's shadow."
"My father has been in this industry for 30 odd years. He has seen the highs and lows of the industry and he protected me from that from a very young age. Now, that I am out there ie open, I have become an easy target, " he added.
Tiger also spoke about the constant bullying and trolling that takes place on social media. He said, "I enjoy some of the memes and trolls people share. It's interesting and it's good to be talked about."
He continued saying, "I do get angry but at myself when I'm not able to get a shot right or not able to get a step. I am harsh at myself sometimes in order to improve."
