Young hero Akhil Akkineni is in a dire need of a proper hit. The actor who scored only failures till now is yet to taste his success in Tollywood.
The hero is now all set to test his luck with his fourth movie in his career. Bommarillu Bhaskar is helming this project. The makers have recently unveiled that the title of the movie is going to be 'Most Eligible Bachelor'. Touted to be a family entertainer, Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead in this movie. Akhil is also in talks with other directors. As per the latest reports, a filmmaker has approached Akhil to play the lead role in the Telugu remake of Bollywood blockbuster movie Badhai Ho starring Ayushmann Khurrana. Touted to be a satirical comedy, Surya Devara Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments recently acquired the remake rights of this movie. He is now in talks with Akhil to play the lead role in the movie.
Akkineni scion is yet to give his nod for this movie. The director is yet to be get finalized. On the other hand, Akhil is also in talks with a Tamil director PS Mithran for a bilingual action thriller.
